Start by checking your Chamet account status inside the app: log in, tap your profile, and confirm if the ban notice is visible. If it shows “random chat ban” without details, take a screenshot for your records.
Chamet bans can be appealed by contacting support directly through the in-app Help Center. Provide your user ID, payment receipts, device details, and explain that you were banned without warning despite being a paying user.
If you purchased diamonds or subscriptions via Apple or Google Play, request a refund if access is not restored. Both stores allow you to submit claims for digital services not delivered.
