I Face Random Chat Ban and Payment Issues on Chamet App

I have been using the Chamet app for live chat, but my account suddenly received a random chat ban without any clear explanation. I find this extremely unfair, especially since I have been regularly loading money into the app to use its features. Despite spending ₺, I am now restricted from chatting, which defeats the purpose of the entire platform.
The ban appeared out of nowhere, and no warning or justification was provided. I tried to find support, but there is no clear way to contact customer service for a real solution. Instead, users are left stuck with restrictions even though they have invested money into the service. This makes the app unreliable and frustrating to use.
I am asking Chamet to immediately lift this unjust ban on my account and provide a proper explanation. If the issue is not resolved quickly, I will delete the app permanently. Users who spend money deserve transparency, fair treatment, and responsive support. Please take action to restore my chat access and prevent this from happening again.
