I Want To Fix Chamet Account Ban

I am a normal user of the Chamet live app on Android and my account was banned today after receiving three warning messages while I was on a live video call. I had been using this account for many months without any issues, and on the day of the ban I had been active for about two hours. During the live video, I was lying down because I was feeling a little sick, and shortly after that the warnings appeared and my account was banned. I did not receive a clear explanation that I could understand about which rule I supposedly violated, and I believe the system or moderators may have misunderstood my situation during the live video. I have not contacted support yet and I am turning to you through this complaint so that my situation can be reviewed carefully. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and fully restored to how it was before, with all my usage rights and status reinstated, and that the warnings related to this incident be removed if possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the ban so that I can avoid any similar misunderstanding in the future.
