Chamet Account Not Working on Android: 1 Year Unresolved After Support

My Chamet game account was deleted from my old phone more than a year ago. I have been trying to use the same account on my new Android phone for over a year, but the game is still not working and I cannot properly access my account. I contacted Chamet support and they asked me for a screenshot, which I provided. Despite this, my problem has not been solved and my account is still not working on my Android device. I request that my previous Chamet game account be fully restored and made usable on my current Android phone, or that my access problem be solved as soon as possible so I can play the game again without any issues.
