I Face Login Failure and Account Access Issues on Chamet App
I am experiencing a serious problem with the Chamet app and can no longer log into my account. No matter how many times I try, the system blocks me, and I am left without access. Because of these issues, I have been forced to open and delete multiple accounts just to keep using the application. This constant cycle of creating and losing accounts is frustrating, time-consuming, and makes the platform nearly impossible to use effectively.
I have searched for solutions, but the app provides no clear guidance on how to fix login failures or manage accounts properly. I expected at least a basic level of technical support, but there is no straightforward explanation or troubleshooting option. Without proper account management tools, users like me are stuck in a loop of failed logins and deleted accounts.
I strongly urge Chamet to address this login problem immediately by improving account recovery options and ensuring stable access. I also request clear communication and customer support to help users who cannot log in. I should be able to use my account without constantly creating new ones. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
I have been unable to log in to my Chamet account for about two months because the SMS verification code never arrives to my phone number with the +234 country code. Each time I try to log in via SMS, no code is sent at all, so I cannot access my account. I have not been able to solve this on my own and I have not yet received any alternative way to enter my account. I am completely locked out and cannot use the services I previously had access to. I kindly request that the SMS code sending problem for +234 numbers be urgently fixed so that I can receive the verification code and log in to my account again. I also expect a clear explanation about this issue and, if possible, an alternative login option until the SMS problem is fully resolved.
