Chamet Keeps Ending My Video Calls Automatically
I have been a Chamet user for a long time, and for about the past two weeks I have been experiencing a serious problem, especially during private and random video calls. As soon as the other person answers the call, the system automatically ends the call whenever I touch myself, even though there is no explicit nudity or exposure involved. The screen then shows a message indicating that I ended the call myself. As a result, many users assume that I intentionally ended the conversation and blame me, even though they were clearly interested in continuing the call.
This issue disrupts the flow of communication, causes me significant emotional distress, and has reduced my trust in the app. I also contacted customer service about the problem but did not receive a clear or useful response. I have noticed that many users are leaving the app because their feedback does not seem to be taken seriously enough.
I have also noticed that random calls sometimes take unnecessarily long to connect, which further hurts the user experience. I ask Chamet to review the automated moderation or algorithmic system and the related policies that cause calls to be terminated automatically, and to ensure that the system does not unfairly penalize or blame users. I request that this policy, which appears to misinterpret normal behavior that remains within the platform’s boundaries, be urgently reviewed and corrected, and that users receive clear information about how this system works.
