Chamet Account Banned 24 Hours Without Warning or Reason Shown

I have been using Chamet and today my account was suddenly banned for 24 hours without any prior warning or valid reason shown on the screen. The only message I see is that my account is banned for 1 day and the remaining time is counting down, but there is no clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. I request that my account ban be lifted as soon as possible, since I did not receive any warning and there is no proof shown to me regarding any violation. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for this restriction, if there is one, so that I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
