Chamet Deleted My Account and Locked My Coins and Earnings

I have been an active Chamet user on Android for about four years. On August 7, 2026, at around 12:10 p.m., I tried to log in to my account and discovered that it had been deleted, so I was unable to access it. Before my account was closed or deleted, I never received any warning, notification, or explanation.

One of the deleted accounts was registered with the email address i************@gmail.com. This account had a substantial amount of coins, bonus or recycled coins, and an accumulated dollar balance. Having my account suddenly deleted in this way has caused me both financial and personal distress.

I have not been able to find anyone to contact through the app or any other channel, and I have not received any explanation about what happened. I request a clear explanation of why my account was deleted, that my account be urgently restored, and that all of my coins, recycled coins, and dollar balance be fully reinstated in my account.
