Restricted From Going Live On Chamet

I use the Chamet app with the username Alasha blessing and ID 181657450. On 27 September, the app suddenly restricted my account from going live and started showing a message that I must wait 30 working days before I can go live again. I do not know what I did wrong and I have not been able to get support from within the app because I am not sure how to contact them. I use live streaming actively and waiting 30 working days will affect me a lot. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and removed so that I can start going live again as soon as possible, or at least be clearly informed about the reason for this long restriction.
