I Face Failed Withdrawals and Hidden Fees on Chamet App with Met Wallet

I have been using the Chamet chat app for several months, and at first, I had no problems withdrawing my earnings through the connected Met Wallet account. However, starting in October, things changed. The app suddenly marked my registered bank account as “invalid” and forced me to add a new one. Since then, none of my withdrawals have ever reached my bank account. Each time, the Met Wallet app shows the transfer as “successful,” but the money never arrives.
I have filed withdrawal requests for the same balance five separate times, and every attempt failed. Each time the money disappears from Met Wallet, then after weeks of back-and-forth with customer service, it eventually gets refunded back to my wallet. However, Chamet charges a $2.5 bank fee for every failed transfer, and these charges are never refunded. After five failed attempts, I have already lost $12.5 even though I never actually received my money.
What makes it worse is that now customer support no longer responds to me. It feels like they are deliberately stalling until users give up and lose their money. I am extremely frustrated because my earnings are essentially being held hostage.
I demand that Chamet and Met Wallet fix this issue immediately by ensuring successful transfers to my bank account and refunding all deducted fees. I also warn other users of this app: today it is happening to me, but tomorrow it could easily happen to you. Please provide a clear, permanent solution instead of repeating the same cycle of failed withdrawals.
