Chamet Says “Multiple Facial Verifications Detected”

I previously had two streamer accounts on the Chamet platform that were created using my phone numbers. About two months ago, I personally closed both accounts. I now want to become a streamer again by creating a new account and going live, but the system is blocking me during the facial verification process.

When I reach the facial verification screen to start streaming, I receive a message saying, “Multiple facial verifications detected,” and the system will not verify my face. Because of this, I cannot create a new account or start streaming again. Even though I previously closed both of my accounts, I believe the system is still detecting my old facial verification records and rejecting my new application because of them.

I contacted Chamet support, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is wasting my time and preventing me from streaming on the platform again.

I request that Chamet remove or reset the facial verification records associated with my previous accounts and allow me to complete facial verification again so that I can create a new streamer account. I ask that the necessary checks be carried out and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
