Chamet Warning! Multiple Registrations Are Prohibited!

I was using a normal user account on the Chamet application, which I deleted myself. It has now been more than 14 days since I deleted this account and I have learned that it cannot be recovered anymore. The problem is that when I try to open or log in to a new Chamet account, I receive a pop-up message saying “Warning! Multiple registrations are prohibited!” and I cannot continue to use the application. In other words, although my old account is permanently deleted, Chamet is still preventing me from creating or using another account. I request that my access to Chamet be restored by either recovering my old account, if technically possible, or by removing this restriction so that I can open and use a new account without seeing the “Multiple registrations are prohibited” warning. I kindly ask you to review my situation and provide a clear explanation and a solution as soon as possible.
