Chamet App Not Running

I use the Chamet application on my Vivo 1938 phone, but for about one week the application has become unusable. Whenever I try to open or use Chamet, a runtime error appears and the app crashes. Until one week ago, I was able to use Chamet normally on this same phone. I have not been able to find any solution and the problem continues, so I am unable to benefit from the service. I request that the Chamet technical team urgently identify and fix this runtime error on Vivo 1938 devices and provide me with clear guidance on how to use the application again without crashes. If necessary, I also ask for a compatible update for my device so that I can continue to use Chamet smoothly.
