I Face Chamet App Profile Photo Upload Failed Error For Months
I have been unable to upload my profile photo on the Chamet app for about four months. I am using an Android device and the app is updated to the latest version, and I am trying to upload my real photo, but every attempt results in the error message “upload failed,” and the photo never gets updated. During this period, I contacted Chamet customer service about the problem. I was informed that the issue would be resolved soon, but despite the time that has passed, nothing has changed, and I am still facing the same error. I request that this technical problem be investigated and an immediate, permanent fix be provided so that I can upload my profile photo without errors. I also expect to be informed clearly about the reason for this ongoing issue and the actions taken to resolve it.
