Due to the problem I’ve been experiencing with the exhaust on my CFMOTO 250sr motorcycle, I went to the Yozgat Mega Motors service center on September 15, 2024. I was told that a complete part replacement was needed for the exhaust, but the process never got resolved. During my initial visit, welding was done on the exhaust, and I paid approximately $17–$18 at that time, though I don’t remember the exact amount.
On July 3, 2025, I learned entirely on my own from Yozgat Mega Motors that they had given up their authorized service status and that my part request had been canceled for that reason. I received no notification about this; if I hadn’t called, I still wouldn’t know.
After that, I called Uğur Motorlu Araçlar, and they told me I needed to request the part from another authorized service. Following that direction, toward the end of July I placed a part request through Kayseri tts Motor. The part finally arrived on the 5th of the month, and I was informed that the part had reached Kayseri tts Motor about two and a half weeks ago.
However, I am currently a university student living in Yozgat. Due to current weather conditions—icy roads and snow everywhere—transporting the motorcycle from Yozgat to Kayseri is not only seriously risky, it is practically impossible right now. I cannot put myself at risk of an accident under these conditions.
They have told me that if I do not bring the motorcycle in within 3 weeks, they will return the part to the factory. Having already waited about 1.5 years for this part, I absolutely cannot accept that.
As a user who has been waiting a long time for this part and has suffered due to multiple service reassignments, I have been without a usable motorcycle for about 1.5 years. I never got to use the bike I bought new properly or enjoy riding it.
Because of the exhaust issue, the bike is unusable, and the previous welding has broken—welding has been done a total of three times—and I have not been able to use the motorcycle for about a year since I bought it.
When weather conditions improve and I can safely travel to Kayseri, I request that my exhaust part be installed correctly, quickly, and without extra charges at Kayseri tts Motor.
I also request that CFMOTO, Uğur Motorlu Araçlar, and the relevant authorized service centers take into account and address the hardship I have endured due to the loss of service authorization, the lack of communication throughout the process, and the excessive delay in providing the part.
It has been 1.5 years, and if the necessary actions are not taken, I want to state that I will pursue this matter through legal channels.
