My Cf Moto 250 NK Exhaust Guard Broke Off While Riding and I Was Blamed for That

While I was out riding my Cf Moto 250 NK motorcycle, I noticed that the exhaust guard had unexpectedly broken off at the welds. It's quite puzzling as to when and where this incident occurred. The motorcycle is brand new, just one month old. When I brought it to Yanturlar Cf Moto service in Samsun, they simply brushed off my complaint, suggesting that I might have collided with something. When I contacted Uğur Motors, they inquired about the location of the part and informed me that if it is not present, it would not be eligible for warranty coverage. I have no idea where to find a part that broke off while riding. The part they manufactured broke off at the weld and flew away, yet the service is inquiring about the whereabouts of the missing component. This is not the fault of the user, but rather a defect in the manufacturing process. It's truly disappointing; there seems to be a lack of accountability and a lack of willingness to assist.
Yanturlar Trade still hasn't made the part request. I call the service, and they say you need to make the part request. It's a series of absurdities; one blames the other.
The service was not helpful, and the company was not helpful either. The service said that the cover would be requested under warranty, but it still hasn't been done. The company says to have the service request it. The service is not interested, so I will try a different service.
