I Paid Twice on Cerebrum Website for IQ Test but Received No Confirmation or Results
I made two consecutive payments of €0.50 each with my credit card through the Cerebrum website to take an IQ test. Both transactions were processed on the same day, back to back. However, I never received any confirmation email, nor did I get access to any test results.
This was my first time using Cerebrum’s services, and I honestly expected a smooth and professional process. Instead, I was charged twice without being provided what I paid for—not even a simple acknowledgment of my order. I believe it is completely unacceptable to deduct payments and then go silent without delivering the promised service.
I am requesting an immediate explanation and a full refund of the amounts charged. If this platform is to be trusted, it must be transparent and responsive. I also urge the company to fix whatever technical issue caused this problem to prevent it from happening to others.
