I Face an Unauthorized Charge from myiq.com After Taking an IQ Test
I registered and took a test on the My IQ website. However, without my approval, a charge of ₺1,500 was withdrawn from my Akbank account. I only noticed this transaction in my account summary — no notification, receipt, or invoice was ever sent to me. I am not sure if there was any information about automatic renewal or additional fees during registration. So far, I have been unable to contact My IQ customer service regarding this issue.
