I experienced serious skin issues due to the Caudalie dark spot serum. I purchased the product from Elit Pharmacy in Karşıyaka, Izmir, paying a high price, but the results were extremely disappointing both for my skin and for the money I spent.
I used the serum regularly for about one week, strictly following the usage instructions. With each passing day, my face became increasingly red, and instead of my dark spots fading, I noticed that they were becoming darker. Concerned about this reaction, I stopped using the product, and my skin gradually recovered. After some time, I decided to try the product again, but once more my face became bright red, and I experienced the same negative reactions.
Because the product caused such significant adverse effects on my skin and worsened my dark spots instead of improving them, my trust in the product has been completely lost. For this reason, I am requesting a refund for the Caudalie dark spot serum. I also specifically ask that the product be investigated and that necessary quality and safety checks be carried out to prevent similar issues for other users.
