Castrol Oil Delivery Delayed for Weeks, Missed Several Oil Changes

As a service provider, we’ve been relying on Castrol for regular oil supply, which is supposed to arrive every Tuesday. However, we’ve been left waiting for two weeks now, causing us to miss numerous oil changes for our customers. Castrol has failed to meet their commitment, and this unreliable service is unacceptable. As a result, we are cutting all ties with Castrol at our service center. Good luck continuing sales with this level of service. Castrol, you’ve lost our trust.
