Casinowon Refused My Loss Bonus and Changes Rules Based on the User

According to Casinowon’s own rules, I should have received a 5% weekly loss bonus. This week, despite losing ₺5000, my bonus request was rejected. Their excuse? That bonus is now “only for VIP members.” This was never clearly stated before, and I’ve been playing and depositing regularly on this platform for a long time.

What’s worse is that the site advertises a 20% loss bonus, yet when applied, it’s only 15%—another misleading practice. They also told me I could only withdraw ₺10,000 per day, which is unreasonably low for serious players. And worst of all, they seem to apply rules differently depending on who you are—there’s no consistency or transparency.
