Cash App Denied Transaction, Lackluster Customer Support Frustration!
I didn't have any problems at first, liked how convenient their cash card feature was. My experience went downhill, though, when a friend tried to send me $200 and the transaction was turned down for "security reasons." I was, of course, confused…contacted customer service team via email to try to get the problem fixed quickly, all I got in return was an automated response. I'm really angry about this whole situation. After all, what's the point of an app for sending money if it can't do its main job, which is to let me receive money? Even though I keep trying to get in touch with customer service, my emails don't seem to be getting read. I was disappointed to see that a company I used to trust wasn't responding at all.
