Cash App Surprised Me With Hidden Transactions Costs

I keep trying to use Cash App to send money for bills and stuff, it’s what it was just trying... Every time I try to send money, there seem to be these hidden fees that pop up, and forget about getting help from customer service – it's like nobody's even there! They say I’ll pay 20 for a transaction but the next moment I see another 5 which makes me go over all the process to calculate more. Honestly, it feels like they only care about making money off fees, not about actually helping people. Starting to wonder if they're even being upfront with everything. Maybe I should find a different app – this whole thing just feels shady!
