I Am Requesting a Full Explanation and Refund From Carwiz

I rented a Fiat Egea Cross vehicle on August 19, 2024, and returned it on August 26, 2024, at 08:00 AM. On August 27 and 30, highway toll fees were deducted from the card I used for the rental payment without my knowledge. Furthermore, despite calling twice, my security deposit has still not been refunded, and their phone support is extremely difficult to reach. There is zero customer satisfaction at Esmen Oto operating under Carwiz, and I do not recommend them. Money is deducted from your card without prior notice or consent regarding security deposit adjustments. I demand an immediate follow-up and response regarding this matter.
