Cartrawler Gave Me a Dirty Fiat Fiorino Instead of Ford Courier

Dear Cartrawler, we are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the car rental service we booked through you for our recent round-trip flight to Antalya last week (Flight Nos. PC2006 / PC2017, reservation code 069979153R). Although our contract specified a Ford Courier or a similar vehicle, we were given a Fiat Fiorino, and as the attached photos show, it was delivered in a very dirty condition. Due to the urgency of attending a basketball tournament and having already paid the rental fee in advance, we were forced to accept the car in that state. In addition, we have not yet received an invoice from the rental company. While Cartrawler stated that a deposit of €1,000 would be charged, our account was debited for ₺55,000. We kindly request your urgent assistance in arranging an immediate refund of this amount. As loyal Pegasus customers, we share this negative experience with the hope that you will support us in finding a resolution, and we trust in your commitment to customer satisfaction for a swift and positive outcome.
