Cartrawler Made Me Pay Again Just to Fix a Typo in My Pagaus Car Rental

I rented a car from Cartrawler through the Pagaus app and completed the payment with the help of live support. Everything seemed fine at first, and I was looking forward to my trip. Some time later, I noticed that my name was written as Ş9 instead of Şenol. I contacted the company again, and they told me this was a serious issue and that I would need to make a new reservation. I was shocked that such a simple clerical error couldn’t be corrected without extra cost. Instead of simply correcting Ş9 to Şenol, they asked me to pay the rental fee again. I will never work with this company again.
