Cartier Trinity Earring Repair Delayed for Four Months

My Cartier Trinity earring was sent to the technical service center through the Cartier store at İstinyePark on February 27 due to a malfunction with its clasp. I was informed that I would be charged approximately $310 for the repair. I approved this repair fee and was told that I would pay the amount when the product was returned to me.
At the beginning of the process, I was told that the repair would take no more than five or six weeks. However, approximately four months have now passed, and I still have not been given a definite delivery date or satisfactory information about the current status of the repair.
During this period, I have repeatedly visited the store and contacted Cartier by phone and email in an attempt to obtain information. Unfortunately, each time I have only received vague and noncommittal responses, without any concrete information about when my product will be returned. I have also been unable to reach anyone who genuinely takes ownership of the process or accepts responsibility for resolving the issue. It is completely unacceptable for a prestigious brand associated with such high-priced products to keep a customer waiting for this long and leave them without a clear explanation.
I request that Cartier urgently return my Trinity earring from the technical service center without any further delay. I also expect the company to take the inconvenience I have experienced seriously, provide a clear explanation regarding the prolonged delay, and ensure that this matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
