My Carrefour Online Order Shows Delivered but Wasn’t

On December 27, 2024, at 12:00 PM, I placed an online order with Carrefour (Order No: 185956398) expecting same-day delivery. However, the order was not delivered, and despite creating multiple complaint records, no one has resolved the issue.

Today, the system falsely shows the order as delivered, even though I never received it. This lack of responsibility and support is unacceptable, especially from a company claiming to prioritize customer satisfaction. It has been over 24 hours, and I am still waiting for my order or a proper response. Carrefour, I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, including the delivery of my order or a refund. Please address this promptly.
