Carjet Deposit Still Unpaid 33 Days Past Promised Refund Date

I rented a car from Emr Araç Kiralama in Kayseri through Carjet for the dates March 26–April 3. Even though I returned the vehicle without any issues, my deposit of $533 (€490) still hasn't been refunded.
At the time of return, I was told the deposit would be refunded within 21 business days, but as of today, 33 business days have passed. During this time, I've spoken with customer service representatives repeatedly, both by phone and in writing, and every time I was strung along with "today," "tomorrow," "it'll be deposited this week" — but no payment has ever come through to my account. I'm experiencing serious hardship because of these misleading and delaying responses.
My reservation/contract number is CJT-197360691. I'm requesting that my deposit of $533 be refunded to me immediately, without any further delay.
