Capitec Payment Was Successful but 1win Never Credited the Funds
I recently made a deposit from my Capitec Bank account to my 1win account, but the money has not reflected in my 1win balance even though it has already left my bank account. The transaction was for 45 Rands and was made approximately 20 minutes before I wrote this complaint. In the Capitec app my balance has been debited, but there is no corresponding credit in my 1win account, and I have not received any explanation or error message on the platform. Since the payment has clearly been deducted from my bank account, I am concerned that the funds are stuck or have not been correctly processed by 1win. I request that this transaction be cancelled or reversed and that the 45 Rands be refunded back to my Capitec Bank account as soon as possible. If a refund is not possible, then I expect the 45 Rands to be immediately and correctly credited to my 1win balance, and I would appreciate clear information on what went wrong with this payment.
