Capitec SRD Grant in Account but ATM Withdrawals Declined

I have a Capitec savings account that I use to receive my SRD grant. The money still comes into my account, including a payment that came in today, but when I go to the ATM and try to withdraw, the transaction is declined and it shows “decline transactions”. I have not received any SMS, email or notification from Capitec to say that my account is blocked or that they need documents from me. I was able to use this account and card for withdrawals before, but now I cannot access the money that is in my account. This situation is causing me serious difficulty because I rely on the SRD grant and I can see the money in the account but I cannot withdraw it in cash. I kindly request that Capitec urgently checks my savings account and card and unblocks whatever is causing the declined transactions so that I can withdraw my SRD grant normally again. I also ask for a clear explanation of why the transactions are being declined even though there is money in the account.
