Fast-QRpay Holds Funds After Successful HDFC Bank Debit
On February 5, 2026, I used the Fast-QRpay application to make a transfer of ₹5,000 from my HDFC Bank account for a game deposit. After completing the transaction, the app displayed the message, “Your payment is under review, please wait patiently,” and the status has not changed since then.
The amount of ₹5,000 has already been debited from my HDFC Bank account, but it has neither been credited to the intended game deposit receiver nor refunded back to my Fast-QRpay wallet. I have attempted to contact customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any clear response or solution.
I request that this matter be reviewed urgently and that my money be resolved without any further delay, either by crediting the full ₹5,000 to the intended game deposit receiver or by refunding the full amount back to my Fast-QRpay wallet.
