Parimatch ₹9500 UPI Deposit HDFC Bank Not Credited

I am writing regarding an issue with a failed deposit on the Pari Match mobile app. On 25 December, I attempted to deposit 9,500 Rs via UPI from my HDFC Bank account. The amount was deducted from my bank, but it was never credited to my Pari Match account. After noticing that my wallet balance did not increase, I contacted Pari Match customer support. They informed me that the transaction is not valid on their side, even though the money has clearly been debited from my bank account. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that either a full refund of 9,500 Rs be made to my HDFC Bank account or the same amount be credited to my Pari Match account balance as soon as possible.
