Capitec SRD Grant in Account but ATM Withdrawals Declined

I have a Capitec savings account that I use to receive my SRD grant. The money still comes into my account, including a ...payment that came in today, but when I go to the ATM and try to withdraw, the transaction is declined and it shows “decline transactions”. I have not received any SMS, email or not
