Capitec Cash Deposit Not Reflected

On 13 April 2026 a cash deposit of R400 was made into my Capitec account, but the money has not reflected in my balance. In the transaction details it shows as a “correction cash deposit”, yet the funds are still not available in my account. I tried to contact Capitec about this issue but could not get hold of anyone to assist me or explain what is happening with this transaction. I kindly request that the R400 be correctly reflected in my account as soon as possible and that Capitec provide clear feedback on what went wrong with this deposit so that I can understand the problem and avoid a similar situation in future.
