CapCut Won’t Play Sound in Custom Videos, Only Works with Templates

While editing videos on CapCut, I’ve encountered a frustrating issue where audio doesn’t play when I add it to my custom videos. The sound only works when I use a template. I’ve tried multiple solutions, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing has fixed the problem. This issue makes it impossible for me to create my own videos effectively.
