CapCut Template and Creator Center Not Loading Despite Multiple Attempts

I have been experiencing a persistent issue with CapCut when trying to access templates or the Creator Center. The error message "Failed to load. Tap to retry" keeps appearing, and no matter how many times I tap, the problem persists.

I’ve tried multiple suggested solutions, but nothing has worked so far. This issue is frustrating as it significantly disrupts my ability to use the app for content creation.

CapCut must address this issue immediately and provide a proper fix. I rely on this app for my projects, and such errors are unacceptable. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible or provide clear guidance to restore normal functionality.
