I’ve been experiencing persistent problems with Capcut not playing the audio files I upload. I carefully followed all the instructions from your last email, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. I deleted the app and lost all my data, but even after reinstalling it, the same problem continues to occur. I haven't been able to use Capcut for more than a week now, even though I subscribe to the pro version. This has wasted my time and money, as I depend on the app for my job. I am seeking compensation for my losses and prompt action to resolve this ongoing issue so I can resume using the program effectively.
