I Use CapCut Pro But Video Editing Is Laggy, Out of Sync, and Unusable

I’ve been using CapCut Pro, and honestly, it’s become a nightmare to edit videos. Despite paying for the premium version, the app runs incredibly slow and has become completely unusable for any serious editing. The video and audio are always out of sync — the sound plays from one timeline while the visuals lag far behind or jump around. When I press pause, it either doesn’t stop at all or freezes randomly.

Editing with this app now feels like a punishment. My eyes hurt from constantly trying to track mismatched video and audio. This was never an issue before, so something clearly broke in a recent update.

If this is CapCut Pro’s idea of a “premium experience,” I won’t be renewing my subscription. I’m asking the developers to fix this issue immediately or offer a refund to loyal users like me who are clearly not getting what they paid for.
