CapCut Deleted My Work After Logging In, Hours of Editing Lost

I’ve never seen an online desktop editing app as unreliable as CapCut. Despite its popularity, the app is ten times worse than its competitors. I spent two hours creating an edit, but the moment I logged into my account, all my work disappeared. Hours of effort were wasted because of this poorly designed application. My time is valuable, and losing it because of CapCut’s issues is unacceptable.

I demand compensation for the time and effort I lost due to your app’s incompetence. This experience has left me frustrated and unwilling to use CapCut again unless this issue is addressed. Your platform must ensure that users’ work is saved and protected from such errors. Fix this immediately!
