I Paid for CapCut Premium But It Still Asks Me to Subscribe and Won’t Unlock Features
While editing a video on CapCut, I was prompted to make a purchase to access certain features. I went ahead and paid, and the charge was immediately reflected in my mobile bill. However, despite completing the payment, the app still keeps asking me to subscribe again—as if I never paid in the first place.
What’s worse is that the purchase doesn’t even show up under my active subscriptions, yet the amount has clearly been deducted. I now have no access to the features I paid for, and the app is acting as if nothing was bought.
This is completely unacceptable. I feel cheated—I paid in full, and I still can’t use the premium tools I need. I demand an immediate refund for the amount that was charged or, at the very least, for my purchase to be activated properly. CapCut needs to fix this issue right away and stop charging users for services they don’t actually deliver.
