My Canon EOS 650D Lens Cleaning Denied

I was informed by the main Canon service center that they are unable to clean the lens of my Canon EOS 650D because they do not have the necessary parts. It's really annoying that a device released in 2012 is already having problems with getting replacement parts. The staff at the Canon main service center were focused on finding solutions and communicating effectively. However, they informed us that they were unable to resolve the situation.
