Arçelik 6986B Vacuum Metal Tube Broken - Spare Part Not Available

I am using an Arçelik 6986 B vacuum cleaner. While cleaning, the metal tube broke due to the threads wearing out at the connection point. This happened about a week ago. Other than this issue, the vacuum cleaner has no problems; only the metal tube is unusable. When I went to the authorized service and told them the model, they asked for the barcode number on the vacuum. I showed them a photo of the barcode, and the staff member spoke with an authorized person in the back section that I could not see. Then they told me that the vacuum cleaner was manufactured in 2012, that the part I asked for is no longer produced, and that they cannot supply it. I explained that I purchased the vacuum only 2.5 years ago and that the product was not old, but I still received a negative response with no solution offered. I request a clear explanation of whether the broken metal tube part is truly out of production, and if it is still manufactured, that it be provided to me. If it is not, I want to understand why the spare part of a product expected to be used for many years has been discontinued so quickly. I expect Arçelik to stand behind the product it sells and manufactures and to provide a solution that resolves my grievance.
