Dyson V12 Vacuum Cleaner Part Stock Problem

We bought a Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner, but even after 9 months, we're still dealing with an ongoing issue regarding the availability of a specific part. Despite our best efforts through multiple calls and emails, the problem remains unresolved. The primary maintenance was unsuccessful, resulting in a broken pipe that needed to be replaced. Even though it's still under warranty, there has been no response. Dyson products have a noticeable absence of service and contact personnel. Seeking reparation from Dyson for the inconvenience caused by the shortage of parts!
