I bought the Canon Powershot V10 from Media Markt on Friday, and to my surprise, the wind shields for the microphone, which are supposed to be included as accessories, were missing from the box. I had seen these accessories mentioned in reviews and expected them to be there. I even rechecked all the boxes, but they’re definitely not included. How could this be overlooked? This is unacceptable service. I urgently request that the missing wind shields be sent to me as soon as possible. The accessory boxes in the picture clearly show what should be included, yet the microphone wind shields are not there. Please resolve this immediately!
