About 1.5 years ago, I purchased a Dyson V8 cordless vacuum cleaner from the Gebze Center MediaMarkt store during a sale, specifically for my wedding trousseau. Today, while unpacking my trousseau items, I opened the box for the first time and was shocked to discover that both the upholstery tool and the floor head attachments were missing from the package. This is not an isolated incident—my sister-in-law, who bought the exact same model at the same time from the same store, experienced the exact same shortage. Interestingly, in my family home, we have another Dyson V8 purchased from a different store, and that one came complete with all accessories.
I am convinced this issue originated from MediaMarkt. I have had disputes with this store in the past over other products, and each time their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This time, I did not purchase any additional service package, and although I do not have the invoice or customer number, I believe my purchase record can be located by my name and surname.
I request that MediaMarkt promptly send me the missing upholstery tool and floor head attachments for my Dyson V8. A premium product should be delivered with all its standard components, and I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
