I ordered shoes from Camper’s online store (Order No. 4006102624), but decided to return them after they arrived. I sent the return package back on October 1, 2024, and was informed by customer service that the return process had started and would be completed in 3-10 business days. However, 17 days have passed, and I still haven’t received my refund.
