Cambly Charged Me a High Fee for Canceling 6-month Group Lesson
I purchased a 6-month group course from Cambly for ₺4100. After just one class, totaling 60 minutes, I decided it wasn't for me. Assuming I had a refund option, I was shocked when they offered to return only ₺2950. That's a ₺1150 penalty for a single class! I understand charging for the classes used, but a flat ₺1150 fee is outrageous. Doesn't this mean I have no right to a refund if I'm not satisfied? Cambly seems to be creating loopholes in their refund policy. I'm demanding a full refund as I didn't enjoy the classes. Nobody can afford to pay ₺1150 for a single class!
