Calvin Klein Sneaker Torn After Limited Use but Refund Refused

I purchased a Calvin Klein sneaker with product code 8721224528072 from Boyner for ₺6,533.37. After wearing the shoes approximately 15 times, serious openings appeared in a short time on the rear inner lining and side sections, the adhesives became visible, and tears occurred in the inner lining area. I used the shoes normally for daily wear, with no impact, excessive strain, or improper care involved. Due to these issues, I sent the product for inspection. Shortly after purchasing the product, around 09.04.2026, I sent it for inspection within 45 days and received a negative response on 26.02.2026. In the letter sent to me, it was stated that no manufacturing or material defect was found in the product, and therefore no exchange or refund could be made. However, I do not think it is normal for the rear inner lining and side sections to deteriorate in this way after such a short time and limited use, and I am seriously disappointed with the product’s quality. Since I believe the problems I experienced with the product are caused by manufacturing or material defects, I request that the inspection be carried out again in a more detailed and objective manner. As a result, I want my refund request, or at least my product exchange request, for the shoes to be accepted and the grievance I have experienced to be resolved.
