Brand-New Calvin Klein Boots Caused Painful Blisters

I recently purchased a pair of Calvin Klein boots from Diyarbakır Forum. Despite only wearing them once or twice, I've experienced significant discomfort and injury. The rigid internal structure of the boots caused severe friction, resulting in painful abrasions and blisters on my feet.

Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. I had such high hopes when I bought these boots, but they've turned out to be unwearable due to the pain they cause.

I've sent the boots for testing, and I'm hoping for a positive outcome. If my complaint isn't approved, I find that completely unacceptable. These boots are clearly not fit for purpose, and I believe I'm entitled to a refund or replacement.

It's particularly frustrating because I was initially very satisfied with my purchase, only to discover this serious flaw after minimal use.
